    J0 To get out of the extreme procrastination I'm in, I'm going to gradually reintegrate activities into my daily life. I start with something simple: go to the cinema once a week. I love it. One of my pleasures is that moment when the lights go out and the film begins. But lately, I've gotten to the point where I don't even do that anymore.

    @Perfectionist: Above all, listen to your body, it’s important.
    How many times people at the gym (when I worked there) told me "well it's not in good shape but I came anyway" and leave saying "yeah well I shouldn't have come, crappy session".

    It's like doing a Paris Marseille with one notch in the tank: impossible.
    I know that now, if my sleep sucks, I make sure to watch out and leave myself alone.

    No sleep, mind you.

    @Perfectionist: The secret: be set like clockwork. If you were in school it's lights out at 10 p.m. and you would get there because you have no choice. Do the same, pretend, play soldier, play barracks, you'll see
